Matthew Perry - Friends Lovers and the Big Terrible Thing - Book Review
Matthew Perry - Friends Lovers and the Big Terrible Thing - Book Review
One thing I have promised myself for 2024 apart from posting more content is reading more books.
My reading list is always growing and I am now tackling the pile I have to get some reviews online.
This book out of all the autobiographys I have written has been very raw and honest in my eyes showing the good, the bad and the ugly.
Sadly towards the end of 2023 Matthew Perry passed away leaving behind an incredible legacy and a huge fanbase. This book tells his story in his own words of his rise to fame. He gave a very honest review and insight in to his life about what he worked towards before his role of Chandler in Friends and after.
It's widely known about that Matthew worked through different health issues over the years. What I didn't realise was the extent as to how much and how hard he worked to try and hide things and carry on. The level of detail he has provided for people to read is very detailed and shows that no matter how well you think you know someone you never know what is going on behind closed doors.
Matthew was loved by everyone he worked with and you can really see this by the level of detail in the book for what people did for him.
I would recommend this book to any Friends fan to read. It is available in all bookshops as a hardback with the paperback version releasing soon.
