Christmas time in London - Kings Cross and Covent Garden

Covent Garden Christmas Tree

Hey Everyone,

Welcome back to the blog.

With Christmas less than a week away it's more than time to get in the festive mood! That’s just what I did this week with my boyfriend.
A trip into Central London.
Everywhere you look now there are Christmas lights and decorations but we went to visit a few of the best.

Kings Cross St Pancras Christmas Tree

First up the Kings Cross St Pancras Christmas tree. This has become a tradition for me since 2015 when I first saw the Disney themed tree. Since then I tried to get back every year! Each year the tree has a different theme, this year it is sponsored by Lancôme Paris and can be found just outside the Eurostar terminal in the middle of the station. It's a great idea that this tree is different every time as it brings people back to see what is new when they visit London over the festive period.

Covent Garden

Covent Garden Piazza

Next up on our visit was Covent Garden. Every year the decorations and the tree are pretty spectacular and definitely worth a visit. There are lots more decorations on the sides of the Piazza, where you can also find the beautiful Tiffany's display.

Tiffanys Display Covent Garden

This is part of their new perfume launch.
The display is lovely and even has an ice rink as well for the daredevils. Inside the Piazza you can see the beautiful decorations all the way through. If you've seen this year's festive film Last Christmas there are a lot of places you will recognise from the film.
(Can you tell where the shop is?)

With lot's to do around London this Christmas it's great to hear where people like to visit and what traditions everyone has.
Let me know in the comments below if you have been out and about in London during this festive season.

Have a great Christmas!

Love Holly
